22ji Terms & Conditions – Read Before You Play

By accessing or using any part of the 22ji platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of 22ji following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an account on 22ji, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are located in the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the country.

• You have not previously had a 22ji account suspended or terminated for violating these terms.

Only one account per individual is permitted on 22ji. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason is a violation of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

22ji is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID and may be asked for supporting documents such as proof of address.

• Accepted ID types include Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, and other valid government-issued IDs.
• Documents must be clear, unaltered, and show your name, date of birth, and photo.

All deposits on 22ji are made in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallet services. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in your account's cashier section.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party payment methods may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• 22ji does not accept cryptocurrency or credit cards as deposit methods.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within the processing time displayed for each payment method.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the stated processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the account holder's name. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times, which vary by payment method and are shown in your account.
• 22ji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Only cleared funds are withdrawable without restriction.

• 22ji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if fraud or a terms violation is suspected, pending investigation.

22ji offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are governed by individual offer terms in addition to these general terms.

• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds. These are stated in the active offer terms at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated opt-in window to be valid.
• Using bonus funds on games not listed as eligible may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 22ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploiting system errors, or coordinated betting to guarantee profit — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and account suspension.

All games on the 22ji platform — including slots, live casino, eBingo, and sports betting — operate according to their individual rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market.

• All slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independent of all previous outcomes.
• Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant sporting event. In-play markets close or suspend when 22ji's system determines a result is being decided.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session, bets placed during the malfunction may be voided. 22ji will communicate any such decisions through your account and support channels.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes are shown within each game or market before any wager is placed.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your account balance is sufficient before placing any bet.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 22ji account login credentials. 22ji will never ask for your password. Do not share your password with anyone.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 22ji account that you do not use on other platforms.
• OTP (one-time password) verification adds a layer of security to account logins and sensitive actions. Keep your registered phone number up to date.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 22ji support immediately.
• 22ji is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Activity under your account credentials is treated as your activity unless you have notified 22ji of a suspected breach before that activity occurred.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 22ji. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game behaviour to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee profit through matched betting or arbitrage in a manner that violates individual offer terms.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions processed in accordance with these terms (chargebacks).

22ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players must be 21 years of age or older. We strongly encourage players to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings.

• Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to restrict or suspend their own access. Contact support to request a self-exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22ji is not liable for any losses — direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from:

• Errors or interruptions in service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances outside 22ji's control.
• Decisions made by players in the course of using the platform.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Delays caused by incomplete KYC documentation.
• Account suspension resulting from a violation of these terms.

22ji makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

22ji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through your account or via the email address registered to your account.
